24 years' experience in strategic leadership, project management, corporate governance, and business development across mineral resource evaluation and mining infrastructure development. Former Senior Project Manager at Debswana, leading high-value projects over P2 billion and major trade-off studies including Cut 8/9 and Jwaneng Underground mine development.
A practicing data scientist with 25 years of exploration and mining data management and information systems management, including IT project delivery. Led Debswana’s GIS platform development and digital transformation, supporting drilling, resource work, and decision-making across major mining programs in Botswana and the region.
